- We accept returns for unused and unopened items purchased from Hookah.Deals within 30 days from the delivery date.
- Items must be in their original packaging and in resellable condition to qualify for a return or exchanges
- Tobacco Products
- Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any tobacco products.
- International Orders:
- We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for items that are returned to us by customs from other countries. It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of and comply with their country’s import/export laws.
- Refunds:
- Any approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

- To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order information.
- You will receive a response within 24-48 business hours with a Hookah Deals Return Authorization and detailed instructions on how to proceed.
- Return Authorization:
- Returns and exchanges sent back without a Hookah Deals Return Authorization will not be accepted.
- Restocking Fee:
- Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Shipping Cost Refunds:
- Refunds on shipping costs will only be issued if Hookah Deals is at fault for an error in your order.
